All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in our schedule and allow us to allocate resources. This deposit covers the initial costs of project discovery, planning, and setup. Once the project has commenced, this deposit is non-refundable.
For larger projects, payments may be structured around milestones. Once a milestone is approved by you and the corresponding payment is made, that payment is considered final and non-refundable. This is because we will have already dedicated resources and completed a significant portion of the work for that milestone.
If you choose to cancel a project before completion, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any payments already made are non-refundable. We will provide you with all completed work up to that point.
