At Velora Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring our clients are satisfied with the results. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, outlining the circumstances under which a refund may be issued.

Digital Services

Due to the nature of our digital services, including web design, AI automation, SaaS development, and branding, the work we perform is intangible and involves significant investment in time, resources, and expertise. Therefore, we have the following refund policy:

1. Deposits and Project Initiation

All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in our schedule and allow us to allocate resources. This deposit covers the initial costs of project discovery, planning, and setup. Once the project has commenced, this deposit is non-refundable.

2. Project Milestones and Payments

For larger projects, payments may be structured around milestones. Once a milestone is approved by you and the corresponding payment is made, that payment is considered final and non-refundable. This is because we will have already dedicated resources and completed a significant portion of the work for that milestone.

3. Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project before completion, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any payments already made are non-refundable. We will provide you with all completed work up to that point.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee on our "Starter" and "Growth" plans as outlined on our pricing page. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• You must provide clear, objective reasons why you are not satisfied with the work.
• You must have provided timely feedback and collaborated with us in good faith throughout the project.
• The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of project delivery.
• If a refund is issued, you will not be permitted to use any of the designs, code, or other work produced by Velora Agency. All rights to the work will remain with us.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may agree to a partial refund if we fail to meet our obligations as outlined in the project proposal. Any such refund will be at our sole discretion and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
